Absolutely loved this book. Main character Hildy Good, still lives in the sleepy New England town where she grew up. Despite her success as the top local realtor, the market is in a slump and business is hard to find. Years of drinking on the sly have made Hildy very sensitive to comments from others. This is a story of one woman's spiral into self-denial and destruction. Yet, its also a wonderful story because Hildy is a fabulously funny character. The town locals ring true and I really couldn't put the book down. Can't recommend this book enough.
