This book was written in 2014, so when I ordered this title, my expectations were high. I liked two recipes out of the whole book. Yes, the main concern of the author as well as vegans in general is animal welfare. Great! The welfare of the Vegans themselves seems to me completely overlooked. Everything is soy-based in this book, GMO food, if you want to call it that and therefore Glyphosate saturated. The few recipes that didn't have soy had bread in the burger recipe. Why would you need a bun to stick it in? I don't eat meat because I consider it a low frequency and I eat organic because I avoid Pesticides and other Chemicals as well as gene-tampered food, that does not occur in nature as such.
